Mr. Jonathan Studley, chef, restaurateur, consultant, management trainer, caterer, cooking show host and culinary instructor are roles that Mr. Studley has filled in his thirty plus years in the hospitality business, with dozens of restaurant and hotel openings to his credit.

Mr. Studley’s strong leadership abilities, creative acumen, organizational expertise and top level professionalism have earned him accolades from Presidents, Ambassadors, corporations, and celebrities worldwide. From his start at Windows on the World in New York to his role as Culinary Event Consultant to the several European Presidents and more recently hospitality Covid-19 compliance contributor to NY Governor Cuomo.

40 plus years food service experience. Certified executive chef, member of American academy of chefs with the American culinary federation. Employed in leadership positions in a variety of restaurant types including banquets, French, Italian, American, private college and country clubs. Was involved in many new restaurant openings and helped design menus and facilities, as well. Owned a 24 hour diner for 17 years. Experience includes several years as an account executive for food service distributors. This has allowed for an increased knowledge of fresh protein including beef, pork, chicken, veal and lamb as well as seafood.
